Fees for legal consultations and services are to be negotiated directly between you and the lawyer. OCC may charge a platform fee for connecting you with a lawyer, which will be disclosed at the time of registration or request for services. All fees are subject to change, and it is your responsibility to review the applicable charges before proceeding.
Payments for services will be processed securely through our third-party payment providers. You agree to pay all fees associated with using the services.
7. Privacy and Data Protection

The courts of Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute. The parties agree that the dispute will be governed by the laws of India.
The parties waive any objection to the jurisdiction of the Delhi courts and agree to submit to their exclusive jurisdiction in the event of litigation.
